May 2012 : I am pleased to announce that Lest You Should Suffer Nightmares by Johnny Mains has made the shortlist in the British Fantasy Awards, in the non-fiction section. I would like to take this opportunity to say thank you to everyone who nominated this title! April 2012 : Kindle editions of the SD print titles are now in progress! Three titles are already available to purchase from Amazon... The Midnight Hour by Neil Davies, Songs from Spider Street by Mark Howard Jones, Yuppieville by Tony Richards and Hunter's Moon by Charlotte Bond. Keep watching for further titles coming soon.

March 2012 : Screaming Dreams would like to welcome its new member of staff, Alice Pattillo, who will be assisting with the editing, promo and other work at the office. The Estonomicon eZine will be back on track soon, with Ally's help, so keep watching.

Previous News : SD now has a new website design. I hope you will like it. I've simplified the layout in many areas to make it easier to navigate and there's also a search feature to help you find what you are looking for. There is still more to add yet, so please bear with me while I continue updating each section, thank you.

Please take the time to check out the latest SD book titles in print. Fearful Festivities is Gary Fry's heartleft homage to the classic 'small town' horror novels of the 1980s. Lest You Should Suffer Nightmares is a biography of Herbert van Thal, written by Johnny Mains. Hunter's Moon is the debut novella from Charlotte Bond. Have a browse through the book section and download the free PDF extracts to find out more! The first joint venture between Screaming Dreams and Candy Jar books has also been released - Beware of the Mirror Man is a spooky fantasy novel aimed at the younger reader.

Submissions

Screaming Dreams is currently closed to full book submissions until at least 2014. But we are still seeking more stories for THE YEAR ANTHOLOGY project, so please check out the book page for more information. Stories should 3000 words or less and can be fantasy, sci-fi, horror or crime themed. The deadline is July 1st 2012.

Submissions are always welcome for the Estronomicon eZine, so please do keep sending those along, thank you. Or if you have something suitable for the free eBook section then I'd be pleased to hear about that too.

Artwork : Prints and Commissions

Don't forget to check out my Artwork section too. Signed prints of most images can be ordered on request. I am always open to new commissions and can work to all budgets, so please get in touch if you have a project in mind. Or if you see any existing images you like then Publishing Rights are also available at reasonable rates.



Estronomicon eZine and eBooks

I aim to finally get back up to speed with the eZine and free eBook section this year! I know the publishing schedule has been rather erratic lately, but as soon as I've caught up with the backlog of other work here I can spend some time releasing new issues of the eZine and some more free eBooks, so please bear with me a little longer, thank you.
