Jenny stood before the door, unable to remember how long she’d been standing there.

It’s a dream, she thought confidently. Of course it’s a dream. Why else would I be in the middle of a forest in my pyjamas?

She looked up at the looming dark castle walls and a full moon creeping over the battlements. Knowing it was a dream didn’t make her feel any safer – one of the downsides to psychic abilities. Dreams weren’t always just dreams. Is this what will happen, she thought, or what has happened?
